Online pricing:
All our online prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SR) and are subject to change. |
Delivery of Goods
All delivery time frames are as indicated in our ordering application. If the user does not receive an order within these time frames, it is the responsibility of the user to contact Lavena Coffee and Lavena Coffee will follow-up with its staff. Whilst we make every effort to track these deliveries with our delivery partners, Lavena Coffee accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to or late delivery of any goods once they have been dispatched from our outlets. |
Cancellation & Availability policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. However, occasionally an item may be out of stock in which case we will offer to replace it with a product of the same or lesser value. Alternatively, you may decide to wait until the product comes back into stock, or be given the option to cancel your order. |
Refund and Exchange policy
Coffee is a fresh perishable product; therefore no refunds are given for any purchase of coffee. All orders received are final and goods will be posted as per the address provided by the user..
In the event of a quality related issue, please contact us. Each return will be assessed prior to processing for a refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes.
If you received coffee that was not as per what you ordered, such as incorrect product, we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. |
